It all starts with a FaceTime conversation about your space so that we can determine exactly what your style and desires are. Then it's on to inspiration rooms and shopping links delievered directly to you. All work is done remotely which saves you hefty interior design fees, while delivering a stylish and gorgeous new space for you to love!

Redesign...

With Redesign, we start with a visit to your home or space you are planning to redesign. This initial consultation is $200. After our visit where we'll take pictures, measurements and get a good feel for your space...we'll provide you with a proposal to complete your project. Prices are per hour and vary with the scope of work.


Occupied Staging and Design...

$250 - CONSULTATION AND DETAILED STAGING REPORT

This package is for Sellers who just need direction and can do it themselves.

In this two-hour consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report/Checklist to write down everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible.

  • We start with a 'Walk & Talk' of the seller's home and discuss what they need to do from the curb to the closets, and everywhere in between
  • Using a detailed staging checklist we walk through the home and discuss optimal staging strategies that are designed to have big impact on your buyers
  • Shortly after the consultation seller's are provided with a room by room report/list of what they need to do. This report also includes my essential "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist"

(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

$450 - HALF-DAY POWER STAGING

This package is for Sellers who need a little assistance to achieve a 'Photo Ready' home

This staging service includes rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations.

  • We will make transformations in the primary areas of the home using what your sellers already have to make the most of each space
  • We will offer solutions for decluttering, depersonalizing and creating buyer memory points
  • We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go
  • Once photos are scheduled, we will meet photographer on-site to make sure each room is picture ready

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

$750 - TO THE NINES HOME MAKEOVER

This package is for sellers who several hours of assistance to get their home 'Market Ready'

Recommended for homes over 3000 SF, or for homes that need a great deal of work and the seller is not a 'DIYer'.

  • We will make transformations in the primary areas of the home using what your sellers already have to make the most of each space
  • We will offer solutions for decluttering, depersonalizing and creating buyer memory points
  • We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go
  • Once photos are scheduled, we will meet photographer on-site to make sure each room is picture ready

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to seven hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)
